About Cholamandalam Loan Against Property

You can take out funds through Cholamandalam Finance's loan against property services if you own residential, commercial, or industrial property. The amount of the loan you qualify for is determined by the valuation of the property as well as other elements, including your income, ability to repay the loan, and credit history.

For loans valued up to Rs 5 crore, Cholamandalam provides a loan against property at 10.50% p.a. onwards. The NBFC provides loans to self-employed individuals against their property for a variety of activities like growing or expanding their business and buying or updating plants and machinery. Loans are processed within 5-7 days after loan approval through a fast-track process.
